Who we are
Oakhurst Fit-Out is the trading name of Oakhurst (Southport) Limited.
A UK specialist fit-out, shopfitting and construction contractor.
Founded in 1989, the business has traded continuously for more than 35 years, delivering retail, commercial and public-sector projects across the UK, from single refurbishments to large multi-site rollout programmes.
We operate as a turnkey fit-out and construction contractor, regularly acting as Principal Contractor under the CDM Regulations and managing projects from early coordination through construction, installation and handover. We coordinate specialist trades where required, so clients deal with one accountable contractor rather than a string of separate suppliers.

A key difference for us is our 47,000 sq ft in-house joinery manufacturing facility in Southport.
Making our own joinery gives us more control over quality, programme and consistency, which matters most when the same fit-out has to be repeated across an estate.
As a specialist joinery manufacturer in our own right, we produce fixtures, fittings and furniture for retail fit-out, shopfitting and rollout programmes. It is one of the clearest reasons national clients come back to us.
